Buying on-line from Jinxie
When you buy from us on-line, you are a valued customer and we appreciate your business. We want you to have a pleasant, easy shopping experience, and to be truly happy with your purchase.
Shipping and Delivery Information
Jinxie offers free shipping on all orders over $100 within New Zealand.

Once your order is received, it will be ready for shipping within 24 hours. However, sometimes it can takes up to two business days, particularly during busy shopping seasons. If you do have an urgent order, please contact us.
Once picked up by the courier, you will receive an email from us letting you know your purchase has been dispatched.
Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love what you’ve purchased from us, but we do understand that shopping online sometimes results in a purchase that isn't quite what you expected. If you would like to return the product for a replacement, exchange or credit, please send it back to us within 14 days (you will need to pay the courier cost for this). Provided that the product/s are in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, we will replace, exchange or apply a store credit.
Please note: the packaging must also be original, undamaged, unsoiled.
We cannot accept unused goods in damaged packaging unless they are faulty.
We do not offer replacement, exchange or credit on sale items (unless faulty)
We are not under obligation to refund due to a change of mind.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Our Jinxie team take great care in wrapping and checking your purchases to ensure our high standards are being met. However, we know that sometimes things can go wrong. If you do receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately info@jinxie.nz
Please retain the damaged product and its packaging as we may need proof to claim the cost of the item and postage from the shipping company.
We will ask you to send the package back to us (once assessed, we will refund the shipping costs to you) and assess the fault and either replace, repair or refund you. Should the replacement item be out of stock we will either offer a store credit, an exchange for another item, or a refund.
Return costs are at the expense of the customer and shipping costs will not be refunded (except in the case of damaged or where we have made an error).
If your product breaks or deteriorates in an unreasonable time (taken into consideration the product and it's value) through reasonable use, we will liaise with our suppliers and assess.
Please note: You need to advise us as soon as possible (directly in store or via email and photos).
Please provide a contact phone number or email address so we can contact you. Once we have received the item, we will advise you of the refund or exchange status.
Please ensure all items are packed securely. Jinxie is not responsible for the damage or loss of an item being returned.
In purchasing from Jinxie you are agreeing to our returns and exchanges policy.
Currency and payment
All prices displayed are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 15%.
We use a secure Hosted Payment page with two options for secure payment. You can choose to pay via Visa or MasterCard service or PayPal to process online orders. Your credit card details are never recorded or stored on our website and are processed securely while completing your purchase.
Privacy and Security
Your privacy is important to us, so we guarantee that your personal information will not be shared with any third parties, unless we are required to by law.
When you provide us with your personal information to complete a transaction or create a customer login, we will only collect it and use it for that specific reason.
If you send us an e-mail we will store your e-mail address and the contents of the e-mail. This information will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it.
If personal information has been collected for other reasons, such as promotional (ie: competitions) or marketing reasons, we will ask for your consent. If you have consented, we may send your emails about promotions, new products etc. You can opt out of receiving this information at any time by emailing us at info@jinxie.nz
Jinxie will keep copies of sales invoices and other records such as returns and exchanges to meet our accounting and tax obligations under New Zealand law.
